Court Programs
Individuals seeking appointment as a guardian or conservator for an adult must file a certificate of completion of the Supreme Court’s online training course, unless otherwise waived by the court for good cause. The Supreme Court may charge a $25 fee to cover the cost of furnishing this training.

Online Training Module
The online training module was developed to educate prospective guardians and conservators about their roles and responsibilities.
This course is required for all petitioners seeking appointment as a guardian and/or conservator for an adult through the Idaho Court system. It is also available to those who simply wish to take the course for informational purposes.
Both courses take approximately 60 minutes to complete .
